How many lumens for table lamp in my bedroom 1500 lumens or a dimmer bulb with 60W?

Why on earth would you need that much light from a single source in a bedroom? Or is it actually a multi-purpose room that is just called a bedroom?
In my bedroom I have an uplighter for general illumination that is about 700 lm, and two reading lamps that are probably less than 400 lm each, so about 1500 lm all told.

@ninalanyon yeah but its a table lamp and with the lower dimmer bulb i squint more and 1500 i can see more clearly
