Upholding her ‘truth’ that she was an only child, despite growing up with a step sister.

If she wins does that mean there are no verifiable facts in the US, only points of view?

Her half-sister made a point of calling her a "liar" because she told Oprah that she "grew up as an only child". That was factual. She didn’t grow up with siblings in her household. The suit is for defamation.

The point is, she wasn't raised in the same house as her, the sister was an adult living her own life when Meghan was born

@SW-User but she didn’t say she was brought up like an only child but that she was an only child. The lawsuit is to ratify that the subjective consideration is more important than the facts.
