I'm good at maximising time. Whereas I won't be able to do two things at one time literally, I am good at switching from one to another with ease.

You got my point pretty well. What people mean by multitasking is switching between stuffs and not doing same things at same time, literally.

@itjustbegan: Its just not possible to do 2 things at the same time. Our brains just can't work that way. Anyone who says they multi task is switching.

@Aidolovemostofyourthoughts: Exactly. I think you're right. I saw this show some years back on Discovery Channel where they tested someone who claimed they were good at multitasking. The task was to drive while talking on the phone and they kept throwing stuffs on the road while the guy had to dodge them. When the guy dodged them, he would stop talking and vice-versa.
I hope I found an example contradicting me though if this is our wrong perception.
