Why would I feel like I am panicking while during homework?

When I was doing it earlier, I was shaking, my heart was pounding, and I was hyperventilating. Luckily, my neighbor was able to help me with some of it, because she is amazing, and like family to us.

I'm glad she was able to help you. Panic attacks are awful

No one even noticed, except for at one point when I was crying, but she wasn't over yet. It was my mom's best friend who noticed and was trying to see if I was okay, but I was saying that no one cared.

@repeters1027: obviously, someone did. Remember that, okay?

@ZenLioness: Those were at two different times though. The panic attack was a few hours after the crying.

@repeters1027: panic attacks are the result of an upswing of adrenaline in our bodies, or what's known as fight or flight response. Panic mode in homework can happen. Try to relax, and preparing by studying the material daily will help you in not panicking with homework. Don't be ashamed to ask your instructor questions if you don't understand the assignments.

@ZenLioness: My teacher sucks, there is no other way to say it. He doesn't do good explaining and he is busy anytime I ask about going in, even to finish a lab.

@repeters1027: 🤔 that's the only thing I know to suggest. I'm sorry.
