I'm part of a super competitive family, anyone else's family like mine?

Weekly arm wrestling and wrestling matches with mom, me and my two sister and one brother. It's pretty close all round. I think family competitions are the most closely contested, nobody wants to lose!

I have a long line of family with poor habits. One sister and my father passed from heart failure. Loosing them set of my alarms and I began my own self induced work out. I walk several times a day. I find if I fail to do this I get leg cramps. I want to keep of the weight. I want to be able to look in the mirror and SMILE. I like how I look. I like seeing myself. It was a long road. So many people I miss. I wont be one of them!
