Why am I getting the same people on the top bar of the Home page every time I log in?

The People's page has a lot of random people. But the Home page shows a very specific set of people. It almost feels tailored.

I want to know, who's Home page am I appearing on?

My biggest gripe is that the Home page only shows the last post made by the user. So if someone made a dozen consecutive posts, only the latest would show up on the feed.
I find that limits the interesting things one gets to see on the feed. Someone may post 11 interesting articles followed by one boring post. If you don't click on their profile, which you may very well not, then you miss all the other things they posted.

@SW-User The algorithm found the perfect matches based on all the data it's gathered. There's nothing left to do but wait for the people to interact
