No. Masturbation does not result in a potential life. In fact, masturbation, particularly mutual masturbation, is an alternative to creating the risk of an unwanted pregnancy. Sexuality is natural to the human animal and is a biological function. The concept that sex is solely for procreation is not found in Scripture, either.
