Am I old if I'm 30?

I wouldn’t say you’re old. I’m 25 years old by the way. I think if you don’t take care of your mental and physical health it can definitely feel that way. But that applies to me too. Get plenty of rest, have a balanced diet and drink plenty of water….don’t stress yourself out too much.
