What's a good excercise to do with these to work my thighs and calves

Squats, squats with weights, and wall sits(isometric exercise)

For calves, running is good

@flappy maybe start by walking a set distance first, like walk two miles briskly.

Even though it's just walking, you may be sore after. Always give yourself time to recover.

And then mix in running. Like jog for a half mile then walk briskly for another half.

For example, I ran a mile and a half in 13 m 30 s last night and my body is pretty sore as I haven't ran in months. I'm not going up run for the next couple days as I don't want to injure myself and want to let my body recover.
