Ask this: I went to ( name a restaurant that you want to take her to) the food was great and the service was good. You and your boyfriend ought to go there sometime.
If she says she doesn’t have a boyfriend then ask her if she would accompany you there.
Or if she does have a boyfriend still be super nice to her and compliment her on things. Also try to appear interested about what she’s talking about. Get to know her better. Ask her advice on things etc
