What would you do?

You see someone standing on the edge of a bridge. They're just hanging off the edge, ready to jump into a river. The river is shallow and the bottom is showing. The person is crying, while starring at the water below. You realize that this person is about to jump, and no help is coming. What would you do?

I just wanna watch, I don't want to interfere with what their natural behavior would've led them to do. Honestly, it would be so annoying to me if people tried to stop me from jumping off a bridge and made a big deal out of it.
