If the US gave Texas to Libertarians would Mexico just start slowly taking the land back starting with the Nueces Strip?

Interesting, if there were a way to compensate and relocate non right wing and libertarian extremists, it would be a great idea. Same process for Florida then assist Mexico with taking both. We could get Mexico great standing as NATO members and put Texas and Florida as what they are behaving as which is suburbs of Russia.
