Sarah, I'm an aging goth at this point who prefers highly synthethic songs my favorite instrument is the synthesizer and am an electro within the goth scene as a sub category of goth and the last person to give me goosebumps like you constantly do was Christopher Hall of Stabbing westward.
Which coming from this direction is the kindest thing I could say about a musician because Lord knows how much I love Darkest Days as far as an album is concerned, one of my favorites
Also, there's the matter of you being a much more acoustic artist than I'm used to adoring this much. You see I hail from the crowd that accuses a lot of acoustic musicians of dunking on the synthesizer simply because it can emulate their instruments quite well and make a person playing seem like they're a god at it if people can't see them playing a synth and out of sheer jealousy the beauty of the instrument is missed which is just that it can usher in sound scapes that are literally impossible to do any other way and take over entire rooms and become completely atmospheric.
And even I'm sitting here blown the hell away by what you put out.
