So how do you stop loving a wrong person? When you know he was an a****** still you miss him lol

The heart works in wild ways. It took me 5 years to let my first love go knowing full and well that he was the absolute worst for me. Thankfully I have grown and found someone worth my time. Trust that in the process of letting go that someone who is worth your time will walk in.

It gets better with time. You can still love the person but realize they are wrong for you. And of course there will always be parts you miss but they will become bittersweet over time.

I feel sorry for the next person that ends up with them

You don’t.....at least I never have.
I’ve been betrayed, and while I’d never go back to them I’ll never stop loving them.
I miss them less after a while, but I never really forget them and never really stop loving them....I just live my life without them.

You replace him I guess.
