There is a 'Big Issue' vender who lurks outside Marks & Spencers!

He often holds the door open for customers leaving in a transparent attempt to emotionally black mail people into buying one of his substandard magazines.

Presumably when he makes a sale he will then go and buy drugs.

I am visiting the city today and hope to shop in Marks & Spencers. If the Big Issue vender is there I shall be disappointed.
