Product loyalty or random obsessions I sometimes cling to.

Anything other than Skippy super chunk peanut butter will end up going back to the store. Coffee, while this one I don't obsess on I often will be tempted to reach for it a number of times before giving in to the one advertised on sale. "Chock Full O' Nuts" A wonderful, robust coffee I have a preference for.

This one I follow like a religion, when it comes to Ketchup it HAS to be Heinz 57. Decades ago, Ketchup other than Heinz 57 was labeled as "Catsup" a watery, flavorless tomato flavored product. Nothing even close to being "Heinz"

Hersheys cocoa, probably a bit more expensive than other milk chocolate powders, requires other ingredients and longer preparation BUT, Viva La difference. Worth the extra effort. Noting beats real hot cocoa.

Top two favorite vehicles, Buick, Nissan trucks. Clothing. I love a REAL flannel Pendleton shirt. A wool, houndstooth jacket with patches at the elbow are another classic favorite that always remains in style. Also, authentic "Wing-tip" shoes are always in style. Am I obsessive? I need to think about it a few hours.

Welfare peanut butter? A flannel nicotine- stained bathrobe worn over a tired ol' white tee shirt I shoulda tossed out decades ago.

My lifestyle isn't tawdry or pedestrian it is extremely compromised middle class that somehow went awry for reasons unknown. Any day now I expect to return to a normal, happy lifestyle I used to know. This all went down so quickly we had no idea how deep or how fast we were going until we woke up and here we were.
