You could either not have to sleep. You’d never get tired, always feel well rested. You could do anything with your free time. Double your income by getting a 2nd job, learn new skills, work on art, or just relax.
Or you’d still have to sleep, but when you sleep you could visit a communal dream and interact with other people who are sleeping. Want to fly over the moon with a friend in another country? No problem! It would be lucid dreams and you’d be able to remember all of them.
