I only answer myself in my mind

I pick up on energy and subtleties in behavior, writing styles, emoji usage and other features, so I easily see several people pretending to be too many other people; both male and female. All I can do is wonder [b]why[/b] when I see their alt accounts having conversations and the such.

Do you truly have several different personalities? If so, why not reach out to someone you can trust your whole self with and actually receive true help vs causing more disruption in your mind? This isn't healthy and I think you need a new way to handle things before you lose yourself in the process.

Please don't think I'm shaming you in any capacity, as none of us are perfect. I actually applaud you for your public confession. Admitting you have an issue took courage and it tells me you're scared of what can become of this internal self destruction.
