Weird supervisor guy

Some guy who interviewed me for a job twice, months ago is now trying to make small talk with me and even asked hang out sometime? I won't f him if that's what he thinks will happen to get a job idk. It's a weird way of getting at a chick. Maybe he messes around with his employees. Today he texted me but I thought it was in regards to a Job he had for me but now he's asking me to hang out? Uh, a little awkward.
