@Thexboxoneguy1991 If you do... you're going to get scammed again...

@HootyTheNightOwl how do you know man?
@Thexboxoneguy1991 If it sounds too good to be true... it probably is.

You're better off contacting your bank and filing fraud charges. It'll cost you a lot less and you're more likely to get the money refunded back to your account that way.

@HootyTheNightOwl i did i filed a claim to get my money back from the cashapp payments that went through to my account and the facebook pay ones that were also taken off both were 600 on multiple
@Thexboxoneguy1991 That's all you need to do, then. Don't be paying scammers who claim to be able to get your money back for you.

Only ever talk directly to your bank. If you are not sure that you are talking to your bank (if they call you, for example), then tell them that you will call them back - and only use a number that you know is for your bank.

@HootyTheNightOwl ok i see thanks

The number i called was for fraud payments claim but i think its in the same town im in
@Thexboxoneguy1991 Go to your bank. They have no motivation to screw you out of any of your money. Be very wary of anyone who asks you for money upfront to help you - they may be wanting to scam you.

Don't even talk further over the phone to anyone else about this unless you are certain that they are from your bank - and don't be afraid to ask them for details to verify that it is your bank after all.
Thexboxoneguy1991 · 31-35, M
@HootyTheNightOwl well i did call the number for my bank but she redirected me to the fraud claim number because she said there was nothing that they could do there
@Thexboxoneguy1991 And they're asking for money to reunite you with your money???

That sounds like a scam to me.

Can you get help from someone who you trust with this???
Thexboxoneguy1991 · 31-35, M
@HootyTheNightOwl yeah i already told you the fraud number i filed my claim from helped me
