I can’t sleep and I’m super anxious

I’ve had major back problems for a very long time and I just had an MRI on Thursday and my doc (who is awesome) called me several times and got me in to see the surgeon on Monday.
I’m really happy to finally get it taken care of but, I’m a big suck and because of covid I’ll have to be alone for all of it 😩
