Are we in the midst of a Great Spiritual Awakening? Have you noticed the renewed interest in religion?

On another social site I read a post that surprised me. The person said they were an atheist but believed that we need Jesus to return now because the world is in such a mess.

Not yet. Some just fear world events and are beginning to think more about the future.

Not particularly. Most people seem happy in their scientism religion. No spirituality allowed.

With all of the uncertainty about world events people are looking for answers. Conventional news media can't be trusted any more so some are seeking new areas to define the state of our world.
Religion might be only one news source people are looking into but there are others places to go.

Religion is the bane of mankind. It does make and has made mankind nuts!

No, but I've noticed more mindless mud-slinging online by ignoramuses, supposedly on the topic of "religion".

People just want something to believe in.
