Anyone live in Mexico?
What's it like there? Always wanted to go. Is it as dangerous as people play it up to be? Or is it possible to live a normal life there?

We have friends who lived in the mountains 2 or 3 hours below the border. The drug wars caused them to have to pick up and leave suddenly. They didn't even have time to get the family pictures off their walls. They left their homes, a little store they owned, and the land they farmed. Their youngest son and a cousin were killed by the drug people. They don't feel it's safe to go back.
