So my 16 year old cousin said that a boy asked her to be her valentine but her mom said no you’re too young she told me if I would let her I said No as well Is that fair

I think teenage girls are better off without boys. They’re safer and should concentrate on their studies. This is based on my experience as a teen girl. Teen boys can be possessive disruptive and intense.
