Today I was almost about get into trouble but thankfully i didn't?

Today while returning from college to home in public bus, I was feeling bored so in one of the bus stop I saw a local guy who is like 25-28 yr old was sitting at a bus stop waiting for a bus and I am 21. I made funny faces at him by showing tongue to make fun of him in a silly way just for fun and to kill my boredom and laughed at him. But he looked kinda angrily at me and even stood up and probably even said something. Thankfully our bus started moving and all he could do was stare. I was still a bit scared thinking what if he comes in a motorcycle or scooter and tried to confront me. Thankfully he didn't.
