Crippled with hurt

I want to take the "cold turkey" approach, I WANT to block her from being able to contact me again but I CAN'T. I am trying the 3 day no contact rule. I still see good morning texts coming through from her but I'm just not replying. I miss her so much. 😭

if we are dealing with a personality disorder, no contact is the way to go. think of the bad. that will help.

@Alifeinterrupted then go no contact period. trust me. it works. i had to do the same thing but i got caught up with a narcissist
