Brazilian Tapioca Cheese Rolls. I was going to make them last night but the boy has eaten all the cheese. Today I am going to stock up on cheeses, get about 10 packages. You can never have too much cheese with this boy in the house, he is a teen and has learned to make grilled cheese sandwiches and quesadillas.
i love cheese.

@Badunk I didn’t get to make them last night because there was no cheese left in the cheese drawer, I made up for that today, I bought 12 packages of cheese.

@Badunk You should try making those rolls, you can use any kind of cheese that you can grate. I’ve made it out of mozzarella, mild cheddar, pepper jack, Mexican 4 cheeses, and sharp cheddar. I think Sharp cheddar is the most interesting.
