Im starting to be able to smell again!

Lost my smell from covid like a week or so ago. This guy at work said he hasn't been able to taste or smell since March! I almost cried when he said that, hahaha.

I know someone who didn’t get their smell back until six months later

@DeluxedEdition 6 months for taste, 7 months for smell in my case

@Nebula My husband is an amazing cook. He made soups that were really good and hit the spot for me.

Hey,@TexChik. It's great to have a good cook around.
But really, if you had no sense of smell or taste, he could have been feeding you boilng water with a carrot and bullion cube 😉

@Carla All of his soups were fairly thick and satisfied my hunger. They looked really good which became important.

@TexChik the texture makes a difference too

@TexChik I bet it did.
I know I'd find it really hard to eat anything at all. I think fluids would be the thing. Really hot or ice cold.
