Uh, I can’t say that it’s required in that instance

@SW-User I just thought so to have peace

SW-User
@TessDun I can understand that.
I would look at it in this way.
Forgive yourself indeed but there’s nothing to feel guilty for

@TessDun I'm not in the "no regrets" crowd. I think some shadows should hang with us.

@SW-User Just seeing someone cries because of what I did or said really makes me down

SW-User
@TessDun hmmm… I’d give it all some time. Contemplate on it all. Then maybe set a time for you both to talk it out

@SW-User It’s true, also like some invisible dark clouds, for me it’s hard to disregard

SW-User
@TessDun If you add it all up and what you did should make you feel guilty... I don't think you should let that go.
But if what you did was the right (and healthy) choice for you... don't let that person transfer their feelings back to you. For instance, if you broke up with a person because they weren't "whole" at the time... don't feel guilty. You probably did your best.

@SW-User Yes thanks, I do think my reaction was normal specially when there’s an external trigger that caused it. It happened already I came with good intentions that was not expressed well and there were already negative thoughts and accusations that are hard to control like being gaslighted. I hope time heals all
