Who are the most dangerous people on the planet, in your opinion?

Parents are incredibly dangerous in that they have the ability to shape the lives of sapient human beings in whatever way they want. Most parents have the best interests in the world at heart, but their own flaws inform their decision-making every step of the way and in so doing, both birth and ossify the worst problems that humanity faces.
