FIL update, you may remember me saying that he has cancer
He had massive surgery at the end of September 21,he had cancer in his oesophagus and lung and stomach.. They removed most of his oesophagus and a lot of his lung, and part of his stomach, 2 days after his operation he had a cardiac arrest, they got him back after 18 minutes,
what we now know is that from about 4 weeks after the operation he's been in a huge amount of pain and said nothing about it to anyone until around Christmas time when it got so bad that he could not do anything, he's taking morphine, oxycontin and so much more and they're doing nothing, finally he agrees to go to the hospital, yes, he's got more cancer in his spine
I feel like he went through all of that for nothing as his life has been sh1te ever since the operation and now he's going into end of life care😔
