@lovebeingasissy Stupid comment. $100k colleteral controls a million dollars worth of real estate. On increased appraised value alone my residence value now qualifies me to buy a $4 million commercial property.....not a penny out of my own pocket. Ride that for 6 months at the current rise in real estate properties and I can flip it for a minimum of $200k profit. And I didn't use a penny of my own money to do it.

@lovebeingasissy not luck. Just doing what can be done. If the rich can make money....anyone can. Figure out how....find capital and do it. I'm this case the housing boom is the capital.
