Been London many times best capital in the world , out of other 3 it would be Moscow , other 2 way down on list to visit , France would be last

@Nyloncapes If London's the best I'll keep clear of capital cities. Having said that Edinburgh is the one I'd recommend if I had to (haven't been to any of the other 3 choices).
