One time I walked into Target and 2 dogs were barking at each other

and both of their owners were unfazed. I turned around and went home. Something about that didnt sit right with me. Idk.

Not good. Shame on the owners for bringing their dogs into the store, and shame on the store's managers for allowing them to be in there with their dogs.
