@Senecaa I don't know if it's omicron but I've done the test and it was positive so I have covid

@Senecaa they told me to self isolate - not mentioned any treatment yet - I haven't experienced any life-threatening symptoms though - it's just the loss of taste and last night my throat ached a lot

@octoberthesixth understand with way things are it's surprising they told you to self isolate n not come in for treatment. As you say you've as youve not experienced any life threatening symptoms apart from Loss of taste your n last night your throat ached alot, it's all you can do for now. I do hope you'll be ok.

I just imagine them saying, "You have some kind of covid-19. Just stay in the house for a couple weeks." and then sent you on your way.

They only hospitalize you if your condition worsens— shortness of breath, fever too high, that sort of thing @Punches
