All that was about was that the 500 year Mayan calendar was ending. The next day was just day one of the next 500 year cycle.

No educated person believed that turning the page on a calendar would cause the world to end.

For me and for everyone I know, it was a non-event.

At work with my boss that 💯 percent believed it and was telling everyone it was a pleasure working with them.

I was sitting in class and waiting the end of the world with my classmates😂

I was in 6th grade Christmas break.

I don't remember. Hopefully I called out of work that day.

I was doing an IT management course.. I never thought the world was going to end on that date.. It was just that a Mayan calendar restarted on that date and the new age guru's thought we would be going into a new age of some enlightenment or something weird like that..

Ummmm I actually don't remember. I had come off pretty strong opioids at the beginning of that year after a year and a half trauma and I was just in hibernation mode I think. 🤔

I was 28 and in college. Seems so long ago now. I was probably drunk that day because I always seemed to be back then.
