Difference California assault weapons Ban includes much more than just assault weapons. Actual assault weapons are illegal unless you have a class 3 license. Biggest difference though it's specifically Grant you the right to firearms in the Constitution. The Constitution gives you the right to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness but if you have a right to life at what point is the life of the child alive and have rights. Is it when the child is viable outside of the womb. Is it when the child can feel pain. Is it when the heartbeat starts.
