@DeluxedEdition I would think the Council leave themselves open to be sued...for assault on a vehicle or at the very least touching without consent.

@DeluxedEdition but you have to recognise the absurdity of it... They lift your car up, they paint lines underneath, put your car back then fine you for parking on them... You can't make this up 😜
