Go call your boyfriend and talk to him. You're only going to spiral. Maybe he can stop by and just chill with you until you feel better.

@lilyrosex Just tell him you're upset and want to be with him for a while, I'm sure that unless he's critically busy, he'll agree to come spend time with you. Don't be afraid to ask for hugs and cuddles. He's there to help.
