can you ever feel your brain chemistry just change out of nowhere? like plummet or rise rly fast?

it almost feels like a high..? or depression..?

I haven't felt that in years. I used to have moments when I could feel it plummet and I knew I was in for a rough time.

Doesn't happen to me now. It might have been caused by drugs in my case
