I am so unhappy

I feel ugly, my arms ugly, my face is ugly, my whole life is ugly. I'm useless, pathetic and stupid. why am i still alive. Im so useless

From what I see you are actually quite a lovely young woman..
I have scars on my arm too but they have healed and faded..
They don't have to define me.. neither do yours. 🤗🤗
