My former manager said if you randomly shout "Guilty!" When they're selecting jury you might get in some trouble but you won't actually be selected for the case

Yes, ask legitimate but tough and maybe biased questions and they shouldn't be able to punish you, but they won't select you either.

@Viper If you shout "Guilty!" during jury selection with the judge in the room, you better hope he/she is not in a bad mood. Or you could get cited for contempt of court. Here's a sample of what can happen if the judge is so inclined:
