I really don’t know enough about it.
@DarkHeaven Rittenhouse was attacked by some guy that was chasing him and then a gun was fired into the air behind Rittenhouse, startling him. Rittenhouse turns around, sees an aggressive man chasing him and just heard the gun shots, so he unloads a few rounds into the man chasing him.

Rittenhouse ends up running away down the road. After seeing this, Rittenhouse is chased by someone who saw him shoot the man chasing him and this new person tries to disarm Rittenhouse and gets shot in the chest. A third man with a gun tries to get Rittenhouse to stop shooting and disarm him and Rittenhouse shoots him, too. The man with the gun was not killed or fatally wounded and survived. The other two who were unarmed before him were shot and killed on the scene

Geographic analysis published by New York Times shows their reconstruction of the positions of the people throughout the event.

Down the end of the street, the armed militia of outsiders is present

Police deny intentionally setting up the unarmed protesters to be pushed towards the armed men who are against them, however, some of the armed men had allegedly called out that the police will soon push the protesters towards the armed men and to prepare for them. Rittenhouse drove from his hometown with his gun to be present there that night and the event of the shootings took place.

This story is to the best of my knowledge and can be inaccurate. Feel free to correct.
@Babylon I still don’t know. I’d have to hear testimony. I’d think intent would be big on this one.
SW-User
@DarkHeaven that was not an accurate relation of events

@SW-User He must have been pretty scared.
