To all the self-absorbed people out there: The Bible says For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass.

Say you have an achievement or excel in one area, that is like a little flower on the grass and then comes the lawn mower and rips it all apart. That is what we are in the big scheme of things. Because our life is but a vapor that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away. The grass withereth, BUT THE WORD OF THE LORD ENDURETH FOREVER. AND THIS IS THE WORD WHICH BY THE GOSPEL IS PREACHED UNTO YOU. Invest your life in heavenly things. Seek that which is above. Keep eternity in mind. Not just a dash between two dates. When you get hyperfocused and obsessed on all these little goals and "succeeding" (by the worlds standards), you are entering into the dream world.
