@AbbySvenz no it's talking about the nano technology used in the creation of the viruses not anyone that studies nanotechnology in-depth knows that they can be very versatile once nanos are inside your blood they can never be removed. The military has been under research with nanotechnology trying to create nanotechnologies that can help to repair skin cells when a soldier is injured anything from a pulled muscle or strained to repairing skin after a bullet wound. But then has to be turned off and turn back on and given different programming at any time the Pandora effect is this could be used for good or it can be used for bad. You could write a program where the nanos block your arteries going to your heart and you didn't have a heart attack.
