Does anyone know how to cook hard boiled eggs that are EASY to peel?

I've followed MANY directions and always have problems removing the shell easily. Surely there's a way to make them easy to peel.

I start them
In cold water, a splash of vinegar, let the water boil , let them cook about 15 minutes.

While cooking i fill a bowl with/.water, place in the freezer.

Remove eggs from boiled water and place in the bowl in freezer. Give them about 10 minutes

Remove, tap both ends on hard surface, place on its side, gently but slightly firmly , roll. The shell should come off easily. Good luck.
