Please, don't judge me

Because that's not why I'm here. If you can't make a contributable comment, move on.

I've been watching 007 movies since 10am this sunday morning. How about you?

On friday I made a personal and conscious decision to get "the shot", so I just been lounging around all day. You see, my work is governed by OSHA, so anything they tell us we have to do, we have to do it. I can't afford to not work, and I honestly can't see myself going out every week for a test. And if the test would come back positive with no symptoms, I won't be able to work for 2 whole weeks, and with bills I can't afford to sit at home with no income, because there is no more covid pay from what I've heard.

Moving on, I was fine all of friday, early saturday I woke up with a headache, took excedrin migraine the headache was suppressed, kind of, but came back, woke up today with a headache, took excedrin migraine, had a hotdog and reese cups and headache completely gone. I also had some body aches which are now also completely gone.

As of right now I feel like I did before I had gotten the shot, but I had it done at my doctors office. I just felt like that should be the place to go for a shot. Even though CVS does it, walmart does it, I'm old fashioned. Shots are done at the doctors office. Plus, they have more immediate resources than a retail store does when it would come to a medical emergency.

I’ve been watching a mix of horror movies and football today. Little too cool and drizzly to go out. Have you seen the latest Bond movie yet?

I had my covid shots early this year. Work is making them mandatory next month, so I was ahead of the curve on that.

@crystalkid Is that the newer one to come out with Daniel Craig? I haven't seen it yet, but I'm sure it's going to be filled with tons of action like the older movies.

Yea OSHA hasn't made an official statement for our work yet, but I wanted to be ahead of it, if that does come out.

@twiigss yes, No Time To Die. I saw it opening day, afternoon show, so only 12 or so people in the theatre. I enjoyed it.

I did my shots as early as I could for a few reasons. I thought it was right for me, I thought it would help me protect some immunity compromised family members, and I had a feeling it was going to be a requirement for travel should I choose to go anywhere.
