You have to ask the admins, the explanations I've herd this far haven't made sense to me. I might be slow, or it's not been explained good enough, or... There's no way to explain it where it makes meaning to anyone but admins coz they gather info we cannot imagine. There's been a lot of algorithms of FB in the media lately. I suppose, it goes for any community site.
