@Eklipse Sorry, I wasn't ridiculing you, I was simply giving you a response as you had none previously. I was trying to let you provide more detail if you wished.

@Zeusdelight If I got rid of something, the condominium management can't come complaining to me about the new ownership and make me pay a bill.

@Eklipse Hard to say, depends on what actually happened and what agreements you have with the management.

If you got rid of something that was your property it would seem they can't, but it does go back to the agreements between yourselves.
