@DianneV This is very true, and farther emphasized by the abysmal grasp that so many native speaker demonstrate. I'm as disappointed at that as I am impressed by the non native speakers.
@RosaMarie I think you can also attribute that to the fact that we (myself included) are sometimes a bit lazy, try to take shortcuts and don't really express our points clearly whereas I believe non-native speakers put more effort into it.
